Hello!

My name is Kaoru Ohtake and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). 

At May Breeze, I deliver one-to-one Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions to help you overcome your depression and anxiety. Currently I offer telephone and video sessions.

In addition to therapy in English, I am able to deliver therapy in Japanese.
